The minibar prices are outrageous with added surcharges!!! The restaurant options were overpriced with subpar quality, even the local dishes fell short. Also, having non-smoking rooms with lingering smoke smells is not ideal!!!

The pick-up service at the airport was top-notch. it set a pleasant tone for our stay. The Executive Lounge was a true highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere where we enjoyed afternoon tea and happy hour. Access to such exclusive amenities made us feel valued and catered for during our time there.

However, the room felt a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh.

I was truly impressed by the library-themed restaurant, featuring stunning decor with walls of books that provided a warm and inviting atmosphere. It made dining there enjoyable, with ample natural light enhancing the overall experience.

This hotel was just a great match for a weekend vacation in Beijing with very good value for money. The breakfast had a wonderful variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, and the omelets were a personal favorite. Make sure to check out the spa for affordable and relaxing massage options.

Recommend it for family with children

The hotel,,, has spacious rooms that felt comfortable for my family, and they really captured the moment when I was surprised by the friendly housekeeping staff who even charged my laptop for me. Additionally,, my son was over the moon with the movie selection available, keeping him entertained while I relaxed.

It wasn’t cheap,, but still acceptable.

Our recent family stay was fantastic! The kids loved the spacious room and the friendly staff went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable trip. We enjoyed delicious local dishes at nearby restaurants. Tuanjiehu Park made for lovely afternoon strolls. Highly recommend the spa for a relaxing treat!

During my recent stay, the Executive Lounge provided a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation with afternoon tea and a superb happy hour. The staff were exceptionally attentive. Gino in the lounge provided great recommendations and service. The Deluxe King Room was notably spacious, featuring a fantastic bathroom, which made the overall experience quite enjoyable.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent amenities like the fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with late check-in, which I appreciated. I recommend enjoying the spa services during your visit. I'm coming back for a business trip.

during my stay, I loved how I was just a few steps from the delicious dining options of One East and only a short walk to Tuanjiehu Park, making my weekend strolls incredibly enjoyable.
